Join us for an energizing evening of connection, conversation, and community as we explore what it takes to build, and sustain, a Healthy Work Environment (HWE) in today’s critical care settings.

Featuring Jennifer Hayakawa, GLBOC AACN member and AACN Board of Directors, this session will highlight the AACN Healthy Work Environment initiative and create space for nurses to share what’s working, what’s challenging, and what we can learn from one another.
